Beautiful hotel in the heart of Porto. Breakfast was excellent and room was beautiful and quiet. The only mild complaint was that the gym is quite small and was missing towels one day, but overall we were delighted by this property. True five-star property with great facilities and staff.

Staff offered a 1hr tour of the city as part of our package. Both the shuttle staff and Marta were excellent. Great client services team. The room was bright, modern and super clean.

The room was comfortable as was the bed. One thing that might be challenging for some people (it wasn’t for us) is that there was quite a large step up/down to get into the shower as it was in the bathtub. If this would be a challenge for another guest, I would make an inquiry at reception to see if there is...

Request a room away from the street if you want quiet. Or overlook the street if you like that energy. I stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was very well kitted out. The view was fantastic including two church facades. Gorgeous at night!
