Notre chambre...

Palazzo De Mori

10/10 Excellent

"Quaint small property with only 10 rooms. Very friendly staff that can help with requests. Cars cannot access the historic center streets, so plan accordingly with your luggage. Beautiful terrace to enjoy any time & nice breakfast offering."

Masseria Bandino & Spa

10/10 Excellent

Masseria Stali, The Originals Relais

10/10 Excellent

"It is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable room, great staff and most of all amazing breakfast! During our trip to Puglia we stayed in 4 hotels and this Masseria had one of the two best breakfasts (but the other hotel cost 3.5 times more, so it is even better for Masseria Stali). Lots of space outdoors for our kid and dog. Easy parking and easy to drive to."

Corte dei Francesi

10/10 Excellent

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Porto Badisco?

The best area to stay in Porto Badisco is directly along the coastline, particularly around the cove itself, for direct access to the sea and the region's natural beauty.

This small, picturesque area is centred around the natural inlet of Porto Badisco, which is famous for its crystal-clear waters and the Grotta dei Cervi (Cave of the Deer). The coastline here is characterised by low cliffs and rocky beaches, with a few sandy stretches superb for sunbathing and swimming. Most accommodations are within walking distance of the sea, offering stunning views and easy access to water activities.

Couples looking for a tranquil escape will find Porto Badisco ideal. The area is superb for relaxing by the sea, enjoying fresh seafood at local trattorias, and exploring the coastal paths hand-in-hand. The uncrowded nature of the cove allows for peaceful days spent swimming or simply enjoying the quiet surroundings.

For travellers interested in local history and outdoor adventures, staying near the Grotta dei Cervi is highly recommended.

When is the best time to go to Porto Badisco?

The best time to visit Porto Badisco is during the shoulder seasons of late spring (May to early June) and early autumn (September to early October).

These periods offer pleasant weather, with warm but not excessively hot temperatures, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the coastline and enjoying outdoor activities. You'll find the sea warm enough for swimming and the beaches less crowded than in the peak summer months. It's also a great time for couples to enjoy romantic walks along the shore or explore the nearby historical sites without the hustle and bustle.

For travellers interested in a tranquil escape, early autumn is particularly appealing. The water remains warm for swimming, and the local restaurants and shops are still open, but the atmosphere is more relaxed.
