"The waterpark itself was clean, and wasn't crowded when we were there (5/2/26) and quite managable compared to some larger competition (Kalahari). Both days we were there the hot tub was FREEZING, really uncomfortably cold. The hotel was fine, there was enough to eat and drink in a pinch but I would highly recommend dining off-site. The variety was lacking, but the staffing was problematic. Service was painfully slow, and I waited 25 minutes in line for a plain black cup of coffee because there was one person on the register and one making drinks. Unacceptable on a Sunday morning. The rooms definitely needed updating, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and I had to request a coffee maker for the room which is a basic staple. I paid $289 through Expedia for the least expensive double queen room. I will not be returning."

"The room was clean and the bedsheets were soft — that's about where the positives end. The "desk" is paired with a short conference-room chair that makes it useless as a workstation. The "kitchen" has a stove and microwave but zero supplies — no cups, dishes, silverware, paper towels, or dish rags. You literally cannot cook or eat without bringing everything yourself. No coffee maker, no water kettle, no coffee or tea provided. Bathroom was equally bare: no hand towels, no shampoo, no toilet seat cover, and only one tiny bar of soap. The washcloths were black and visibly dirty. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Wi-Fi was so slow it couldn't load a short Instagram video. I burned through my personal data just to check email and browse the web. There's also nowhere to put luggage — no rack, no bench, no shelf. Your options are the stovetop or the bed. For the price, this felt like paying for amenities that simply aren't there."

"I usually am on the road about 10 weeks every year. This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! I found out that the rooms used to be condos. They are spacious and bright. Lots of windows with easy to adjust shades, and the windows have screens so that you can open them. The kitchen was large, well equipped and extremely clean! Plenty of counter space. Has a large sitting area and a large desk. The bed was very comfortable and the shade and curtains make the room dark for sleeping. I was worried beforehand about the parking situation. The lot is across the street and is accessed with a code. Very convenient and safe. The staff members were always helpful, friendly and courteous. The hotel is walking distance from shops, restaurants and downtown attractions. And, the price was comparable to chain hotels, actually less expensive, so, a great value. I usually write shorter reviews, but this hotel deserves all the accolades it receives! "
