Overall room was clean. Would’ve preferred a more structured pillow. Shower had excellent water pressure and was very hot. The only thing is the heater made a noise all night long that sounded like something was dripping and that was disturbing.

The gentleman who checked me in was great! He was kind, attentive and knew his job very well! Appreciated the warm smile while trying to get to our warm room and catch some zzzz’s. Only ding was breakfast was subpar. I have been to a few other SpringHill suites with more variety and more food period. A hour before the breakfast closed, there were no breakfast sandwiches or sausage. Poor woman at the breakfast area was also the airport shuttle driver. All in all stay was still pleasant and we Will be back again! Thank you

Love SpringHill. The filter in the room is dirty and needs to be changed. Upon arrival the room was fine but after I turned on the air a bit the room smeels musty. I did tell the front desk so that it can be addressed. We got back to the room too late to think of doing anything ladt night about it. Woke up this morning all stuffed up.

The staff was very friendly from the moment of check-in. The hotel inside and out was very clean. The pool was nice, although during the early evening times its quite blinding with the sun shining in the windows and no blinds. Suite was clean and fairly spacious. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Delicious hot breakfast with many options for all diets. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and convenient
We were passing through Portland for a one-night stay, and this was a convenient location, and the rate was reasonable for the area. The rooms are very spacious, with a sitting area and a small kitchenette with full sink, microwave, refrigerator, and small coffee maker. The bathroom was modern and relatively large, with great water pressure. Probably our only complaints were that they didn't provide enough toilet paper, even for a one night stay, and the mattress was quite firm. Considering that it is on the main road to PDX, it was relatively quiet.
