Quiet hotel

Quiet hotel within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Continental breakfast included.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty

Pros: The staff was apologetic and polite.
Cons: Cleaning staff needs to do their job by cleaning toilets, washing bedspreads, and mopping floors; management needs to replace filthy mattresses.
I will never again stay here. From the minute I opened the door to my room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. (As I later found out, I was given a Smoking room even though I made a reservation and paid for a Non-Smoking Room.) I tried to "suck it up" by opening up a window in order to air out the room, but as I continued to walk around the room and explore the rest of it, I was more and more disgusted. The entryway floor was sticky, the toilet bowl had dark brown specks (Feces!!!) inside it, and the bed spread had a VERY FOUL odor. I honestly tried my best to make the best of it and stay in the room anyway (since I arrived late at 11 p.m. at night after a 12 hour drive and I was dead tired), but after I removed the bedspread and laid down clean towels (the only clean items in the room) on the bed in order to sleep on top of them (I didn't want to touch the sheets since the nasty bedspread had been on it), the same foul odor that came from the bedspread was now emanating from the mattress and coming through the sheets and towels. That foul odor, combined with the strong smell of smoke, was just too much and I just could not make myself stay there. I packed up my stuff and left that very night because they did not have any other vacant rooms. The staff was apologetic, but no amount of apologies could make me sleep in such foul conditions. Fortunately, Expedia was very accommodating and I was able to find a very good hotel that same night.

Nice, close to amenities and family

It was good other than we had to ask for everything. They didn't have much in the room although it is an extended stay motel. Seemed strange to me.

Make sure you do not book a smoking room

Overall this was a nice property. When we checked in we got a smoking room (and it seems that is what I booked). But the staff switched me and all was good. The smoking room was disgusting. But the room we moved to was very clean and nice. We never got maid service (4 night stay). But that wasn't a deal breaker. But be mindful if that is something you really want.

Pros: the Staff was very kind and helpful. location is good,
Cons: the cleanliness can be better. The elevator had a unpleasant smell (smoke/pet).
Location: location is good, has 2 major grocery stores, gas station and many restaurants within walking distance
The staff was very nice. Location is great. Cleanliness is ok, Elevator could use some cleaning and air freshener.

good location - homeless shelter

You are sharing the hotel with homeless people that receive vouchers from who ever. People walking up the hall with boxes of food from food banks. There was a large spot above the bed,it was blood. I complained but nothing was done

Nice hotel

Pros: Location is close to shops and restaurants.
Cons: More choice on the breakfast bar would be nice.
Location: I was visiting family so didn't get out sightseeing but the local shops were useful.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

You get what you pay for (or less)

Pros: Closeness to the airport hotel where my conference was. The price was right.
Cons: Be more aware of room conditions and replace/clean things as needed.
The staff was very nice and the building and grounds are fine for a 2.5 star hotel, however my room was not clean. There was a stain near the top of the blanket on one of the double beds. There was a what looked like a cigarette burn hole on one of the comforters, there were significant spots/stains on the carpet and when walking barefoot I could feel parts of the carpet were worn and hard - not a nice feeling. Also the desk chairs were both dirty with some kind of white stuff. I was there for three nights and needed to come down to the desk both evenings to have my key re-coded as I couldn't get in my room. The uncleanliness was not the fault of the housekeeping people, in my opinion, it's stuff that is stained or damaged that management has let stay in the room instead of replacing the items.
