I wish my power cord was held for me as I had my vehicle there during my trip that came out of the room that I stayed in. I called and nothing was turned in as the staff said.

beds are uncomfortable and you get nothing more than a she and thin cover for blankets. There was gum behind our mirror and you have to get all uber drivers, delivery tickets validated before they can leave which a huge pain. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Although the property needs renovation, it is convenient for a one-night stay with easy access to Portland International Airport. Both evening and morning staff seem to be very unhappy, which reflects on their behavior with guests.

The staff was really great and respectful given we just had flown clear across the world to come here. Then due the distance we had what others thought was a disturbance with my child. They first called our room(which I know it was neither people in office)(shuttle driver or the front desk), this person tried to intemidite us in regards to the child and told us if they didn’t settle we could look for a different hotel @ 0300 in the morning. :( Then to top it off after the child did settle they proceeded to call the police on us to do a welfare check. Like come on sorry that we disturbed you but we flew nearly around the world and we chose this hotel for the convenience of trying not to be disturbing to others. Other than that the staff was excellent people and we really did enjoy our stay and they all went above and beyond the creed of hospitality. I never got sleep but hey family comes first and country a close 2nd.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. The shuttle driver, Kent, went above and beyond to serve me and accommodate my limited mobility. Judging from the many calls that came his way as we drove to the airport, he serves multitudes, yet he took time to personalize things for me. Thank you all and thank you, Kent, the most!

As expected, the airport is near by so you could hear the planes coming in and taking off, not the most noise proof, but had no problem sleeping at night. Completely adequate for a nights sleep before an early departure. Shuttle service to airport, excellent.
