"The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"when I booked the hotel I was promised a code for late entry - i never received it but on the morning of the stay I was promised it again - but they never sent it - I couldn’t risk not having somewhere to stay late at night with young children so I had to book another hotel - they then charged my crefit card the full amount and sent me the code very late in the day when I didn’t have internet access. "My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a great choice. The owners were very nice and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It is not too far from the main road and Geneva, which was nice to get away and have some peace and quiet. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay there. "
