For a 3\* hotel this was perfect, room was big enough for a family of 4 if your kids are young enough for bung beds. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly with nothing too much trouble. I’ve stayed in 4\* hotels worse than this place. Would highly recommend for a stay over or short stay.

this was the second time that I had stayed at this hotel. the receptionists were welcoming and helpful. I would stay there again with no qualms.

Staff were amazing and friendly, very helpful. Rooms are in need of immediate renovation. Continental Breakfast was ok. Cheap room for the area, so sleep and then go would be ok.

We arrived at midnight and were warmly greeted at reception despite the late hour. Our room was very large. Perfect for a family of 4\. Clean and warm on a frosty evening.

Big clean rooms. The key-cards often stop working and you have to go to the reception. Staff is nice. The location is not the best. But we knew that already. The lack of a fridge even a shared one was a bit annoying.

Poor location - among block of flats, no view. Not many options to dine out even with a car. Room dark and dingy, little prison like. Not even a kettle in the room. Only one lift & extremely frustratingly slow!! Breakfast is poor, don’t bother. Overall, very disappointing, waste of money.
