"The property and my room were very clean. The receptionist desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and will stay there again if I’m in the area."

"the hotel is starting to look a little tired, one would expect a Hilton Garden Inn to be in better shape. We've stayed here a few times over the last 3 years and we continue to see the same issues. The windows have a reflective coating on the outside I think to help keep the sun brightness down on the inside. And this coating is cracking, peeling etc and it makes the windows look like they are cracked and shattered in many places. Not a good look. Overall a good place to stay in the Solomon MD area,.. a real good restaurant is a 1 minute walk from the hotel front door. And, why is this hotel charging for parking? They have a huge parking lot, this is something that really turns us off. Come on!"

"Perfect location for a quiet peaceful holiday with easy beach access for fossil and shark tooth hunting and a million dollar view of the bay from the deck! Historic cabin has everything you will need. Lots of hiking trails nearby. Make sure to visit the Calvert Marine Museum."

"It was a great spot though i wish we had found it sooner. When we stayed in May they had only just sold the property abd the new owners decided not to open the restaurant. This was mentioned on reserving it but should have been more prominent. But the staff was exceptionally nice, even with us getting in way past the normal check in time. Even though we got there clise to 11 pm due to traffic tobthe island there was stil someone to let us in."

"Very clean room with the usual amenities (refrigerator, microwave, guest safe for valuables). Pool and workout room. Nice desk staff, very helpful. Location is convenient to local restaurants, shops and Patuxent River Naval Air Station (we were there for the 2026 air show). Outside the base gate there is an excellent museum. This hotel is located within minutes of these and many local restaurants."
