Ludlow Seaside Hale' has a subtle Hawaiian theme and, as you may already know, Hawaii is all about relaxing, taking it easy, and creating everlasting memories with your loved ones. "Hale'" means "home" in Hawaiian, and this splendid retreat is all about feeling right at home! One gesture from the owners that makes this condo unique is the basket full of fuzzy socks near the lanai doors. The tag reads, "For those cool Ludlow evenings on the lanai. Take them home!" Slip into these cute, fuzzy socks and snuggle up on the cozy sofa on the lanai as you admire the gorgeous views of the bay. Inside, this bright and airy home features a welcoming living area with carpeted floors, a large smart TV with streaming services, and a record player with a vinyl record collection for a bit of vintage fun! Curl up on the sofa as you listen to your favorite tunes, stream an entertaining movie or show, or simply get lost in any of the fantastic books provided. The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals, including an air fryer, a Keurig machine, a limited supply of Keurig K Cups, coffee, cocoa, and creamers. Between the living room and kitchen, find a well-equipped bar with all the essentials to prepare refreshing cocktails and mocktails. The upstairs loft provides an inviting spot to read your favorite books, play board games, or challenge each other to a Nintendo Switch game. Melt into a restful sleep in either of the primary suites on the main floor. Each suite enjoys access to an en suite bathroom and a smart TV. The bathrooms can only be accessed through the bedrooms. In addition to everything the condo has to offer, you'll also have access to a plethora of fantastic resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball/tennis courts, a bubbly hot tub, a sauna, a well-appointed fitness center, a recreation center, and a business center. Things to Know Campers and/or RVs, trailers and work trucks are not permitted on-site. Baseboard heaters are the primary source of heating for this home. Our son was visiting from AZ, so we celebrated his bday in PL to have water and cooler weather. The condo and facility were both beautiful, clean, quiet and comfy. 5 stars! The only disappointment was the listing advertised grill & we brought steaks for bday dinner upon arrival.The grill wasn't working (no note - no propane).. after very spotty communication with Vacasa (& answer delayed until next day), they said grill is under repair. I specifically filtered on grill, and it was available at reservation time. They should have warned us ahead of time. Not impressed with Vacasa (multiple replies from people all over country, but no immediate answer). They "had to check w/ local team"). I also didn't get the code until late night prior (usually 3-7 days ahead whichever listing said). Otherwise, this condo was well appointed in kitchen (coffee, spices, and fuzzy socks to stay cozy!). The view was amazing and the loft for the kids was great. The added touches like the take home trivets and socks were a nice touch. When I had questions, someone was able to get back to me quickly. Unfortunately, the house did have a musty smell. There were plenty of windows that could be opened to let fresh air in, but none of them had screens to keep bugs out. There is a cute record player with tons of records to listen to; however, it was not in working condition when we were there. I was disappointed that when I asked to stay one hour after check out, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was told that it would’ve had to have been arranged days before arrival and I would’ve had to pay to have the place until 2 o’clock. ##### jamie k. Kitchen was not clean. Floor had old stains; plates were wet and still had blue detergent on it; dirty cutlery in dishwasher with food on it; kitchen sink not clean. Main bathroom washbasin had old toothpaste streaks and blobs in it; I had to clean that. Carpets need cleaning. Terrible smell as you walk in. We got severe allergic reaction (sneezing, hay fever, congestion) and I suspect dust mites in the carpets. ##### Jan B. Great location, very good amenities, clean and very quiet. We stayed Wed-Sat and got an excellent rate. There is a lot to do close by even during October. Running and biking trails are close and very fun. Local restaurants were also very good. The in room amenities were outstanding, and the place had an out of this world deck with a chamber of commerce view. Im out of adjectives, but it was truly a great property. ##### Chris B.
