"Just finished a 9 night stay at this property. We had a wonderful time relaxing and unwinding. We snorkeled the reefs walked the beach and collected sea glass. Cooked a lot of our meals at the house and had everything we needed to do so. Mr. King was very attentive and knowledgeable and an extremely great cook. We had him cook us conch fritters twice (yes they are that good) and ordered dinner from him one night, it was delicious and was enough food for 2 meals. If you are looking for relaxation...

"This was our second time at Gate house. It was a shorter trip and we were reluctant to leave. I appreciated the pool and was in it every afternoon. We also love the beach to the South of the house and all the friendly people around to help. It was great seeing Harrison again and of course we really enjoyed seeing Captain Reynold and our fishing trips with him. Cat Island is truly beautiful and we can’t wait to come back!"

"We spent 7 days at the Kiki house and absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for me and my husband and our two teenage daughters. Plenty of space, and I really appreciated having a washer/dryer, so that we didn’t have to pack as much clothing. We spent time on back deck/patio every day… gorgeous view of the water! "The view from this location is stunning and the beach is beautiful. A few things I wish we would have know before we went: 1. When we got to the house their was no fresh water. Be sure you pick up a 5 gallon jug of water before you come to the home. 2. Due to high rains the roads were flooded so it took as quite a while to get to and from the grocery store. The location is remote so you don't want to have a flat tire. Be careful of the potholes. 3. A.J.'s convenience is closer than Gilberts...
