« Looking for no sleep? Stay here.Dogs and upstairs neighbor stay up at all hours of the night. Walls are paper thin. You can hear them walk break and forth and when they drop things. Can almost understand other tenants' conversations. There is a foul odor in the apt. It smelled like previous renters were unhappy and used one of the rooms as their bathroom. The plug in air fresher is very thick. Towels were heavily sprayed with febreeze and caused a rash. »

"Nous avons apprécié le sur classement offert par l'hôtel pour notre unique nuit a Hyatt House. Merci. Nous devions quitter très tôt l'hôtel pour aller a la gare juste a côté, 6h30 le petit déjeuner inclu n'était pas dressé. Le Samedi c'est a 7h. Si vous devez vous rendre a la Station de train juste a côté, sachez que l ascenseur pour accéder a la passerelle est en panne et l'environnement pas très propre. Vous devrez prendre des escaliers, difficile si vous avez des valises. L'hôtel n'est pas responsable de cette passerelle mais vu que l'hôtel prône l'accès à la Gare, il m'a semblé intéressant de le noter. Je souhaite que l'ascenseur soit réparé et entretenu pour une meilleure mise en valeur de ce très beau hôtel avec un personnel a l'écoute. A très bientôt."
