The unit is as advertised. We chose this listing because of its central location to our fishing charter ( less than 10 minutes), Cedar Point, several Ferry access points, and several different restaurants Ciao Bella and McCarthys were two of our favorites. We traveled with 10 people 7 adults and 3 children and were very happy with the family oriented theme. The owners are very accommodating and we had a great trip.

My mom went on this trip with us she doesn’t move well the steps were a lot for her . So if have an elderly person that can’t do much may not be ideal. Everything else was great ! pool was basically empty everytime we used it that was nice. We had a nice time a lot of space and beds to sleep on. Had a homey feel!

The location is fabulous! The house is across the street from the lake, but it is the last house on the block, so there is an unobstructed view to Lake Erie to the right. The beach access is just a few houses down, so it is very easy to walk down to catch one of the beautiful sunsets. The pool and hot tub were a welcome sight at the end of the day and the neighbors were very friendly. It was perfect for our family of 6. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The deck outside was a bit disappointing. Table was not nice enough to eat on-missing the glass top. One of the toilets didn’t flush well. Otherwise place was very clean. Kitchen very well stocked with basics.

The property was very clean, well maintained and in a great location. There are plenty of things to do in the area. The host was very hands on and helpful when we needed to make a change in plans prior to our travel. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was pretty much as it should be. A couple of the bathrooms were not the cleanest. Some hair on the floor and one of the toilet seats wasn't clean. Not the end of the world but could've been better. We have rented this propbefore and we will come back again.
