"Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived. "Our stay was good , the rooms were clean! The pictures of the pools didnt look how it does there was bug in the hot tub coming in from under the door by the hot tub and breakfast was good although the pictures shown are different they have a selected few things out but all in all it was good!"

"Well our phone did not work in our room and the tub in the room the faucet was taken off so we could not use it for the jacuzzi tube. I complained and got no where. The phone was never fixed after I complained and our bed was not made or changed it was the same way we left it. so no it was not a good stay and if this reaches anyone i would like reimbursed some money for my stay if possible. my email is sassilem204103@gmail.com or phone number 724-771-3721 thank you the staff was unhelpful also."

"The hotel's selling feature is that is it within the Cedar Point amusement park. This is true, but finding or being directed to the road that takes you to the hotel was somewhat challenging to find. All groups within our party had an issue with this and the signage that does exist is after you are past the tollbooths to the parking lot. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff in the TGI Friday's were friendly and bartenders Michael, Nick, and Abby were happy to learn about how a martini can be served bruised or to make it skate. Staying here also provides access to Cedar Point 1 hour earlier than non-guests which does help on getting on a ride or 2 prior to the park's official opening."

"The room was clean. So all in all that was a plus. This hotel is very close to cedar point and is relatively reasonably priced. We booked here along with friends to utilize the outdoor pool area after soccer games which is beautiful. The pool was closed for no apparent reason. It looked beautiful and we called the day before just to check and they said yes it's open. So that was a huge let down.they did offer a pass to drive to hotel Breakers to use their pool. There is no breakfast at all. There is no coffee to purchase or for free. Would I stay here again, possibly."
