« My family of 3 and I had an amazing New Year stay. The home was beautiful inside and out and equipped with everything we needed. If your looking for a home that is nice, has a private pool , entertainment, and is spacious in Beaumont, Tx this is it! April was an amazing host! She gave us a warm welcome and even took the time to guide us around the home to ensure we were all set! My kids loved watching a movie in the tent and eating coconut shaved ice. I would say this experience made us feel...

« Nice and clean house. However it’s not handicap accessible. The driveway is far from the entrance and not accessible when using a walker. Doesn’t have a walk in shower to use when you are unable to use a bathtub. These things should be noted to determine whether it is an acceptable place for you to rent. I would recommend it to someone else but It had some difficulty for me to navigate. »

« The house as not ready at 4 pm check-in. We were unable to unload and prepare for the event we were there for.Once we did return, the beds seemed clean as did the towels, and the inside of the house.The house was really a nice house, newly remodeled but not in a good location. At the time of the rental, three run down houses near it were for sale. The beds were really cheap and uncomfortable. The mattress in the master bed was too soft and springy. Your head was well below your feet when you...

« The first two days of our stay we did not have electricity. City came out to inspect twice and found no problems on their end, and then an electrician came and resolved issues. After electricity came on the stay was nice. Management company didn’t offer anything for inconvenience. »
