The setup of the room is great. It’s nice having the mini kitchen and living area separate from the bedroom. Friendly front desk staff at every encounter. Location is super convenient, close to many restaurants, shopping, and stores.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bedding was comfortable. A couple more towels in the room for a two night stay would have been helpful but was not an issue.

Everything was great!

I had a wonderful stay! From the warm welcome by the staff to my time at the hotel, everything was fantastic. I visited during the recent snowstorm, and as a woman, I felt completely safe the entire time. The room was lovely, reminiscent of my apartment days—very clean, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay at an affordable price!

What a treasure

Everything about this property was amazing - from the check in process to the amenities. The beautiful lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! I couldn't have asked for anything to make my stay more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!!

Cleanliness could improve. We had to ask for new sheets and a room cleaning because they don’t come while you’re there. Nice, new place in a convenient location.

Great place for a long stay👍

Great rooms, more like a one-bedroom apartment than a hotel. Full kitchen with a full oven and range top. Large refrigerator and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with a few plates bowls pots pans etc. Super comfortable bed, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. They communicated very well with me and set up a lockbox when I was planning to arrive after their office closed. I highly recommend it.

BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it. She stated yes and that she put out her cigarette when she saw us pull in. She is constantly smoking. The only reason that it wasnt too much of an issue is because besides the lobby, the building is open air. The dolly carts all have flat tires, her response was she already knew. They aren’t doing anything about that either. Other than stated above, the ease of coming in and out was nice, no issue with noise and staff was approachable.
