This clean and cozy lower level duplex boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, ample storage space, and laundry facilities in the unit. The full bath provides a comfortable place to relax and wash up after a day of PNW adventuring. The kitchen space is set up studio complete, with all the elements required for simple meal prep. You will find counter top burners, electric griddle, convection oven, toaster, microwave, as well as pots, pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, and all the necessary kitchen tools.

The location on the west side of Port Angeles is 20-30 minutes from lake crescent, 15 minutes from the gate to hurricane ridge, 30 minutes to Sequim Wa, and near the Discovery Trail, making it an excellent starting point for your Pacific Northwest adventure. And with a local bus line just steps away, and the transit center and Black Ball ferry terminal just 1.5 miles away, you'll have easy access to the entire area and could even squeeze in a day trip to Victoria.
