Beautiful residence, built in 2020\. In the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking. Supermarket, bar, bakery, café 800 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Gare de Pornic" 900 m, railway station "Pornic" 900 m, sandy beach "Plage de la Source" 1.5 km, thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 3 km, minigolf 3 km. Nearby attractions: Faïencerie de Pornic 2 km, Pornic Aventure Accrobranche 4 km, Legendia Parc 19 km, Planète Sauvage 28 km, Les Machines de l'Ile de Nantes 49 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 57 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang du Val St Martin 5 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers 1.3 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 1 km.
