Embrace the essence of coastal living in this classic 5 br home. Directly on the beach, this home features spectacular views and plenty of space to make lasting memories. The Space: Find your happiness on “Cloud 9”. This 5 bedroom 3 bath is perfect for larger parties. This ocean front home was built to please guests of all ages. Just minutes north of the historic St. Augustine and directly across from the Guanna State Park, Cloud 9 is the perfect place to get away from it all! The beach, although public, has a very “private beach” feel. Nestled along A1A, within minutes you can be enjoying all the activities and pleasures available in St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra. (Shopping, golf, hiking and exploring) Cloud 9 consists of two floors that offer ample room to spread out. When you walk into the front door you will find the entrance to a large game room. The downstairs has kids in mind! The large room is equipped with a Ping-Pong table, a gaming table, large flat screen TV, a kitchenet and a triple bunkbed. Off of the game room is a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and bedroom that houses another triple bunkbed. Each bunkbed is a Twin/Twin/Full. Prepare yourself for stunning views from all rooms on the second floor. As you climb the stairs you will enter into an open living space. The living room has a large sectional which is perfect for watching your favorite show on the widescreen tv. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats eight. The kitchen has an island that also seats three. Not only is the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meals, it also holds a wine fridge for your favorite beverages. You will find the décor to be very calming and inviting. Please note that the fireplace is decretive only. The master bedroom is located off of the kitchen and living are. It has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the bathroom there is a roomy walk in shower and a soaking tub, perfect for catching the sunset over Guana Park. Cloud nine has a split floorplan upstairs. The other two bedrooms are located on the south end of the house. Each room has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with a walk in shower. Bunk beds are built for small teenagers and children. \*Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. \- All guests staying at one of our Wren Beach Rentals by Portoro homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. \- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. \- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. \- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. The house was very clean and had everything that you would need for your stay. We had a family gathering of 8 and had lots of room. We enjoyed the beach which were steps away from the back door. We also enjoyed using the ping pong table in the garage. The house was very comfortable. Overall great experience. Would consider it again for future. Cloud Nine is a beautiful residence! Plenty of sleeping space, very spacious deck and wonderful views of the ocean. Super easy beach access and we really appreciated the outdoor showers. Just a couple of annoyances: The online description and pictures are different from one website to another but the VRBO pictures are correct. The toilet paper holders need to be changed as they are rusted and they fall over. ##### CJ V. House is lovely, beach at the bottom of the steps, not far from St. Augustine. Our family was happy here. Only downside was very loud construction equipment next door. Séjour de 7 nuits en décembre 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Sean M. 12 juill. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### We had a great time This would easily be a five star if it weren't for some maintenance issues at the home, such as poorly and incorrectly installed fixtures, a busted microwave, a couple open junction boxes, and some outlets that were improperly installed and pulling out of their junction box. The old stairs leading in to the new deck required caution. Also, there was no shower or hose in the back (only on the side of the house). All of these things are minor annoyances and we (11 of us) had a great time. The location on the beach is amazing. Just like the description said, it is effectively a private beach. The house was staged beautifully, and was clean and inviting. Having two sets of washers/dryers was awesome and the kids loved staying in the game room. We could not locate the ping pong paddles, but there were plenty of other things to do. Great trip! ##### Sean M. We loved the home and quiet, laid back beach that we almost had to ourselves the week we were there. Tons to do at the house and the deck was awesome! The beach was right out the front door and sitting in the living room felt like being on the beach. The house was a perfect layout for 3 families with kids. Adults bedrooms, kitchen, living space upstairs and kid bedrooms and a big play area downstairs. Dave at the rental company was super responsive and pleasant to work with.
