The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and in the perfect location—just 0.5 miles from downtown St. Augustine. We were able to take an Uber for only 7 each way during the day, which made exploring super convenient.The home had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils to laundry pods for the washing machine. There were also board games, which were a nice touch, and the kids especially loved the pool table!One thing to note: the downstairs bedroom does not have a fan. The house stayed cool enough that it wasn’t an issue for us, but if you prefer it really cold at night, you might want to bring a portable fan.The host was quick to reply and very friendly ! One star off because the hot tub was cold when we arrived. We were all so excited to arrive and spend the evening in the hot tub. It was very disappointing. Communication was good with the owner, but it took all night to get almost to the temperature of bathtub water. IMO if you are not charging extra to heat the tub it should be heated upon the arrival of the guests. Overall a good stay, but one of the big draws was the hot tub for us. ##### Christine B.
