"We arrived a couple hours early and our room was ready - which was fantastic after a very long travel day. The room was small but very comfortable - we booked the mignon room and it was indeed. In the bathroom There is no door on the shower, so it’s hard not to make a mess when showering, it the towels are big and absorbent so you can easily clean up :) the water pressure was wonderful. "The hotel booked a wedding party for the rooftop and restaurant so it was closed to all other guests one night. They did tell us the week before we got there, by then it was too late to find other accommodations. But when we were able to eat at the restaurant it was excellent and the staff is great. Rooms are super small but the trade off is the excellent location."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at Les Patios du Marais in Paris was extremely disappointing. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were far below what should be acceptable for any hotel or accommodation. The garden area had mice and rats running around, which was shocking and very uncomfortable. The room itself appeared only superficially cleaned. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the bathroom was incredibly small and unpleasant. The worst part was the shower area, which had a terrible smell, almost like vomit or sewage. It made using the bathroom genuinely unpleasant throughout the stay. The photos online do not reflect the actual condition of the property. While the location is good, the experience itself was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in Paris. I would not return and would not recommend this property to anyone expecting basic cleanliness, comfort, or proper maintenance."

"This hotel is located in an excellent part of the city. There were several shops and cafes conveniently located and even more just short walks away. The Louvre was a 5 min walk from there. The Metro was super close. The room was clean, the bathroom updated and they had used the space efficiently. My complaint about the room was that there was only ONE plug area in the entire room. No plugs in the bathroom. No plugs near either side of the bed. They could also use having a nightlight switch for under the sink area in the bathroom. The lights in there were either full blast or off. There was a nice big window that opened up for fresh air and a view of the street. It had the feel of a balcony even though you couldn't go out there. The railing had a window box for flowers, and it looked like at some point they had real ones growing in there but, when we were there they had three potted fake plants that looked really terrible. They might have been better off having nothing in the box or taking the time to plant something that could withstand different seasons. The breakfast was fine but, not what you'd expect of a Parisian hotel."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was very courteous, the location was perfect and had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower framed by the park next to the Louvre that was right outside the front door. We were in town for our Anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, the next time we are in Paris we would definitely stay again."
