"Our king room was spacious and must have been recently redecorated. Loved the spacious shower, bed and having a couch in our room. Super convenient to OU baseball field and the other OU venues. Beautiful setting and quiet! The staff were all excellent! Definitely a 5-star property. Very happy we chose this inn. "

"Room was ok for us for the night, def would not stay more than that. Drain in our tub was broken if you wanted to take a bath vs shower. Friendly staff! Breakfast was meh, but good enough for a quick bite"

"The first room we ended up in had a ladybug infestation. All over the walls in the bathroom and bedroom area. The ventilation in the bathrooms for both rooms was very suspect. Carpet had a musty smell in the original room, second room they switched us to hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed. Bathroom in both rooms had stains in the toilet, shower and sink. Ceiling tiles were all stained. Very disappointed with our stay after viewing “excellent” ratings online. Will not be back."

"Major leak outside our door to "the only available room", even though multiple rooms were later given out. 2 trashcans sat outside of our door collecting water, until housekeeping later put a trash bag in one. Entire parking lot/driveway is in need of repair, obvious laziness and neglect of the basic job requirements necessary for basic upkeep. "
