Good home base in Athens, easy access to both the university and the commercial area. Several eating options nearby. Property is clean and staff are helpful. Shoutout to Cindy at breakfast, who was very efficient and friendly!

This is a bit of a stripped down, bare basics hotel. But it was clean and a fine place to stay the night. Nothing special but generally I have no complaints.

Decent hotel. Honestly cleaner than I expected it to be. Just a warning that if you get a first-floor room you may hear the people above walking around. The creaking was quite loud in our room, especially at 5:30 AM. But that was the only negative thing I experienced.

We love how comfortable the beds are and after a long day of traveling it’s exactly what we needed. The hotel in itself always smells good and is clean. Our son goes to OU, so when we go visit this hotel is our go to!!

Great place for a stay in Athens! Did not try the breakfast but the pool and hot tub were nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet room with convenient parking right outside. Stayed with family for the Nelsonville Music Festival and will definitely stay here again!

Front desk staff were very nice and friendly. Room was ok. Bed, pillows super comfortable. Otherwise old, creaky stick-down tile floors coming up in places, toilet with a ring that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, random stains on walls and light shades. It was livable but it was definitely not what I expected for almost $200 a night. I didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice and well-maintained. Breakfast was meh.

The hot tub, pool and the desk workers made this a great stay! The rooms could be updated (our sheer curtains were torn) but the room was clean. Also, if you have long hair, take your own shampoo / conditioner as theirs is not the greatest.

Conveniently located close to Ohio U campus and the E. State St shopping area. Some updates have been made to the rooms but they still show signs of age and could use further renovation. Rooms also have old school loud ac units. There was variety in the breakfast selection but the hot item quality wasn’t great and the coffee was weak. Would skip breakfast and walk across the parking lot to Bob Evans instead. An OK experience but not worth the 200+ paid for the room.
