"Very family oriented resort I loved everything about it."

"We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect — right across from the ocean, making it incredibly convenient to visit the beach anytime during the day. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made everything very easy and enjoyable. We booked a two-queen bedroom on the 40th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and included a small refrigerator, which was very convenient during our stay. Although there was some nearby construction, the noise did not bother us much at all. What truly made our experience even better was the excellent staff. Everyone was polite, respectful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant and memorable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The ocean view double room was beautiful. The bathroom space was small but overall the room is really nice. Housekeeping is really good, we stayed 6days. Breakfast was ok. The pool was useless. Very small and not in a good area. However the beach is close so it doesn’t matter. Also the hotel is located on the pink trolley line which takes you along all the shopping lines. The best $6 spent daily"

"We had booked a city view. What we got was an 11th floor room with a high rise across the street in very close proximity closing us in with no view. The room was dirty."

"Had to keep the bathroom door closed at night so the loud beeping/whistling sound wouldn’t wake us up. Also, bed was hard. "

"I love staying at this property. I come here about 2-3 times a year. It's right across the street from the beach. So many restaurants near by but my favorite is Lulu's. My daughter goes to college in Hawaii so this is the perfect distance from her college and the beach. There is parking across the street at the park. Everything is near by."

"Everything else was perfect except the Hot tub it was not working and we never got informed."
