We booked 2 rooms and they wanted to split us up and put 1 couple in the basement!! Stay away from the basement! Smelly and dark! We were finally able to get both rooms together which were fine! AC worked well and breakfast was really good! Cigarette butts everywhere outside and a dead mouse in the parking lot! Very disappointed at this Best Western!
