Needs to be updated,noisy in room,can hear noise in other rooms

We booked the hotel because it had a restaurant and bar and close to Sydney when we got there we were informed that there was a special event and the restaurant was closed as also was the bar we were told they could not get us any type of dinner till 730 which was extremely disappointing so we had to drive in and find a restaurant to go to after a very long day driving so it was a great disappointment The room itself was excellent. The staff were good, but we’re so busy. They weren’t very helpful and helping us find a place to eat so we use ChatGPT to find the yacht club that was shortly down the road and would highly recommended to anybody that ever stayed at that hotel.
