Villa Panada, Situated along the main road between Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa,

Villa Can Panada is located on the road that connects the town of Pollensa with its port, which is called Puerto de Pollensa. It is a rustic-style house and has two floors, but only the ground floor is available for rent. The house is very close to a supermarket and the main road that goes from Pollença to Puerto Pollença. The house is accessed from the parking lot, and the main entrance is located at the back. From it you directly access a living/dining room decorated with traditional and modernist motifs and consisting of a large television. On the left we can find a double room. There is also access to a small hallway that takes us to the other rooms and the bathroom.It should be noted that the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is accessed through the terrace, and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven and microwave. The house is completed by a huge barbecue, equipped with a fireplace, wood oven and sink. Finally, we find a swimming pool, as well as a full outdoor bathroom and a laundry area.
