Good sized balcony for dining or just relaxing and watching the world go by. Beautiful first floor apartment with lift on the Pine walk, overlooking the sea, situated in a quiet area yet only a few minutes’ walk away from the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Inside the apartment there are two air-conditioned bedrooms; one with a double bed and one twin room, two bathrooms: one with shower cubicle and the second a complete bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a Smart television with freeview satellite channels. Large patio doors give direct access to the front furnished terrace/balcony. The kitchen comes well equipped and includes an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A pretty and modern family apartment, close to all the amenities of Puerto Pollensa. Immaculate, modern bathrooms and every little detail thought of. The view is to die for and it was wonderful to wake up and wander out on to the balcony to have breakfast whilst watching the world go by. It was quiet despite people walking along the pine walk in front of the apartment and there is a tiny beach right in front which is ideal for a quick morning swim and extremely safe for children. It was just far enough away from the beginning of the restaurants to make it the perfect location. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable holiday and my friend and I had a bathroom each which was lovely. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend the Viramar Pizzeria which is literally out the front of the apartment and turn right and about 200 metres along. We went there four nights out of the seven - food is fantastic as are the staff and reasonably priced - it is popular though and gets very busy so book. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back! ##### Tracey D.
