Sundance is a Luxurious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom residence sprawling over one acre of very private unoverlooked land nestled in the famous UNESCO World Heritage Tramuntana area. 4000sq feet of sheer indulgence in the ELITE residential area known as El Vila. All 5 bedrooms, one a HUGE Master Bedroom with Huge Emperor Size Double Bed and double sofa bed and the other 4 each with Kingsize Beds and 2 of these with sofa beds have full remotely controlled air-conditioning and complete blackout curtains or blinds. 4 have new luxurious limestone en-suite bathrooms. A huge fully equipped luxury chef's kitchen plus grand signature living room with separate dining area make this house a perfect retreat from which you can look down over the Bay of Pollenca and La Fortaleza (The castle featured in the BBC1 hit TV series The Night Manager). Leading down from the huge main terrace is a luxurious private pool surrounded by numerous areas to laze around on and soak up the hot sun. The gardens are fully stocked with pretty, colourful flowers and large lawned areas perfect for picnics, ball games or just chilling. Full (All channels including Sports and Movies) Sky Digital TV with a 50 inch Plasma in the living room linked to home cinema system is available in the villa. A separate T.V. room with it's own independent Smart TV ensures that the children can be entertained whilst giving the adults plenty of peace and quiet. Outdoor BOSE speaker system on terrace means you can listen to your ipod whilst realaxing in the sun, shade or during those warm tranquil evenings. Completely reliable secure high speed WiFi THROUGHOUT. If it is sheer luxury and tranquility that you are looking for whilst being only 4 minutes by car away from the Port with it's 3 miles of spectacular beach, 10 mins to Alcudia (5 miles of white sandy beech), 6 mins to Cala St. Vincente ( 2 pristine sandy coves ) and 4 mins to the historic Old Town of Pollenca this is the only place to stay. All of this makes SUNDANCE SIMPLY THE BEST equipped oversized Villa available to rent in the Pollenca/Port de Pollenca area !!! Don't be stuck this Summer with no breeze and no privacy overlooked by other noisy houses. Because of it's position Sundance enjoys cooling Ocean breezes directly from the Bay of Pollensa which makes sunbathing on any of it's many terraces all the more beautiful. In the Summer months you cannot buy these breezes for any amount of money. Sundance has it all !! The housekeeper, gardener and pool man are all English so communication with them is easy just in case you have any special little needs or any onsite questions. There are other houses to rent in the Pollenca area but none are of this caliber. Most houses, even the expensive ones, smell unclean on arrival (from personal experience) but Sundance is absolutely spotlessly cleaned after each departure so on arrival you will find the house in perfect order. I can help advise on restaurants, hire car companies, private chef and any other questions you have once booked. I will normally be at the house on arrival unless it is late at night so that your entry is smooth and seamless. Should any small problems arise during your stay, ie if a fuse blows in the house, or something isn't working as it should be then this can be taken care of immediately with no fuss, delay or communication problems which is not always the case when dealing with local owners (again I speak from personal experience). Sundance is a non-smoking property inside, although there are many outside terraces on which to enjoy a cigarette or cigar. Denominación comercial :Villa Saltamontes - VT/1773 NB. Le grand salon avec ses nombreuses et grandes ouvertures permet de profiter agréablement de la magnifique vue même de l’interieur . Le petit salon donne plus d’intimité . L’immense cuisine parfaitement équipée permet à tous de participer à la préparation des repas . The beds and furnishings were of a high standard and all the appliances and heating worked perfectly. Dawn was lovely and was on hand to help sort anything out. Definitely a luxury villa and can’t wait to return one day! You will need transport here since it is not easily walkable into town but as it is above a main road car accessibility is very good. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Küche hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann, genug Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck. Es gibt nichts was es nicht gibt. Alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt, der Pool war für unsere Kinde der der Lieblingsort. Sehr schön war auch der Gasgrill mit extra Ersatzflasche. Besser geht es nicht. If you stayed with 8 of you, which the property can easily accommodate, it is incredibly affordable. Bedrooms all air conditioned and large fans in the main areas of the villa kept us cool. Outside the large terrace was comfortable and the huge outdoor table with sun umbrellas meant there was plenty of shade for everyone if needed and more umbrellas down by the pool with the sun loungers. Lots of terraces and seating areas all around the villa allowed privacy if wanted. Dawn was absolutely fantastic - huge thanks to her for going way beyond what we could have dreamt of to help us settle in and for being so helpful with ideas and recommendations during our stay. Great location being only a short drive from the port and old town Pollenca. ##### Jessica W. We were a group of 10 ranging from 8 to 61 years. There is more than enough space at the property and outside for people to have quiet time and yet lots of places to all eat and relax together. The villa has incredible views and wonderful light and airy bedrooms with a fab pool and lots of outdoor space. It is a perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle but only 5/10 mins by car to the Old Town and the Port so an ideal location. A few minutes drive from the beautiful beach front at Puerto Polença. The property has a great pool, lovely spacious interior and panoramic views across the bay. We were a family group of 9 and had a great week combining exploring the local area with pool time. Dining al fresco at the Villa was also a highlight. The perfect spot for a friends vacation, villa a bit rustic but modern touches too, very spacious which is ideal for a group or family vacation, different levels for a bit of quiet if needed. Great sound system and some of our group watched the rugby through sky tv so we’re quite happy. Lovely pool area and plenty other areas for sunbathing. The weather wasn’t brilliant during our stay but it didn’t spoil our time at the villa. ##### amanda f. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten, wobei es auch möglich ist ein ruhiges Plätzchen auf einer der vielen Terrassen zu finden. Bei Fragen stand uns Dawn stets kurzfristig zur Verfügung und konnte immer weiterhelfen. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben. ##### Karsten S. Just returned from this beautiful villa with stunning views. The Villa has ever thing to offer all age groups and equipped with every essential item you would have at home. The position is ideal, private and secluded but near supermarkets and between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. As you are on a hill you get a lovely view and any breeze that’s going. We were a British mixed age group- grandparents single grown up children, a-married couple, and a toddler. The pool is nice, and was much enjoyed by the young adults and toddler. Personally being a bit older, I found it very hard to get in and out as there are no steps, only a very steep drop onto a shallow section. Getting in was fine but I had to be helped out which was slightly undignified! The bedrooms are nice with decent beds and mattresses. The rooms are individually air conditioned. The villa is large and spacious, and the Sky and Uk TV channels much appreciated. Dawn the owner was helpful and responded quickly to any requests. ##### Mary U. It is spacious, clean, well equipped and has the most amazing views. It is set on different levels and there are plenty of seating areas, indoors and out, if a little time out is required. It is ideal for a large family or couples (4x doubles & 1x twin). The sound system with outdoor speakers is a nice touch. The pool is very clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. Sundance is located up a steep hill away from the busier part of the Port. A car is required to get to the Port/beach or the old town. There are plenty of water sports available at the beach and boats can be hired (with a captain if required) for a trip round the coast. Dawn met us on arrival and was very helpful when we needed any information. Communication was prompt. She recommended places to eat and even sent us a schedule of festival days that were happening while we were there.
