Es Rafalet is a charming restored family home, full of character with complimentary air conditioned in all bedrooms; the original dwelling dates back to the eighteenth century. Built on two floors, this stone clad farmhouse has many traditional features, like inner stone wall and terracotta tiles, and is comfortably furnished throughout. From the front covered terrace original Majorquin wooden double doors open into the large hallway. To the left we find the lounge with seating area, traditional stone banks, flat screen and satellite TV. The dining room has nice views to the garden and swimming pool. To the rear of the dining area is the fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, wall oven, gas hob and more including a walk-in pantry. From the kitchen area a door leads out to the covered BBQ area. A second door leads to the utility area housing the washing machine. To the right of the entrance an inner stone archway leads to one twin bedroom with pool and garden views and has an adjacent large shower room.



The main stairway leads up to the galleried landing and onto the master twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private sun terrace. Two further attractive twin bedrooms each have doorway opening to the second sun terrace and share a good size family bath/shower room. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.



To the rear of the house is the impressive covered dining terrace with a huge solid oak "banquet" dining table comfortably seating 8 persons. The superb oval shaped swimming pool has Roman steps leading into the crystal clear waters and relaxing sun loungers adorning the furnished sun terraces with grassed areas for children to play amongst the hedged gardens. For your added convenience is a poolside shower. The picturesque secluded shaded sun terrace is an ideal area for afternoon siestas and total relaxation. You can also pick your own grapes from the owners vinyard!
