Casa Punxa, Lovely mallorquín farmhouse in Pollensa

This beautiful rustic Mallorcan house is located in a rural area very close to the pretty town of Pollensa, and just under ten minutes by car from the beaches of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Surrounded by mountains and beautiful views, Villa Punxa offers us peace and tranquility in an area that has charm and character.

The main entrance, located under a front terrace covered with a vine pergola, takes us directly to the living room. From there, an archway leads us to the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The rooms are located on the upper floor of the house. Specifically, there are two double rooms and one double, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass and other Mediterranean plants. In this area there is also a nice barbecue with a wood oven, ideal for lovers of outdoor cooking.

Finally, it should be noted that the villa has an Internet connection (Wi-Fi).
