From the quiet side street, the entrance gate leads a few steps to the main entrance of the house, to the ground floor.
Here are the dining room, the living room, the kitchen and a guest toilet.
The large windows of the elegant living room let a lot of light into the house and have a view of the sea.
The also bright dining room has a large dark wooden table with white leather chairs and stylish pictures on the walls.
The modern kitchen with all appliances has a separate exit to the terrace to the swimming pool.
