Completely private and secluded in the garden / pool area. Large car parking area with gated front . AC worked well in all rooms and kitchen had all the necessary equipment needed. The owner was always on hand if needed by a text message, and was polite and spoke quite good English. The owner lives a short distance away and is very welcoming ..the communication was great from him.and Holidu via Vrbo. The property was private and well equipped, as listed. We loved our holiday. Quick access to supermarkets, the beach and the local old town of Pollensa and area. The digi box is german and we couldnt find English channels but it didnt affect us lots.
