Villa Las Encinas is surrounded by a beautiful oak forest and is just a few minutes’ drive from the towns of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa, and Cala San Vicente. The house underwent extensive modernization during the winter of 2019/2020. Among other things, new flooring was installed, and a bathroom and a guest restroom were completely renovated. Modern lighting brightens up all indoor and outdoor areas.
The main entrance leads into the living area with comfortable sofas and a 65-inch smart TV. You can use your own streaming accounts, such as Netflix or Amazon, via the Wi-Fi connection. An open layout leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for eight people. From here, you have direct access to the covered terrace.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a room with twin beds. An additional guest bathroom completes this floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and another twin bedroom. The double bedroom offers a beautiful view of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains. All bedrooms have air conditioning that can be used without restriction.
There are several terraces outside. The main terrace is covered and equipped with a large dining set and a grill. Behind a stone archway lies a cozy chill-out area with plenty of seating. Right next to it is another covered terrace with a small bar and a foosball table. In front of the house, a small platform with a table and chairs invites you to relax in the shade of the oak trees.
The centrepiece of the garden is the rectangular pool (over 50 m²) with Roman steps. Surrounding it is plenty of space for sun loungers and a Balinese daybed. A practical bonus: a separate guest restroom with a shower and the laundry room are directly accessible from the outdoor area.
The town of Pollença offers a variety of authentic Spanish restaurants and picturesque shops. A selection of great beaches is also just a short drive away, including those in Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente, and the stunningly beautiful Playa de Muro.

The stunning Platja de Muro beach is just a few minutes’ drive away, as are many other beautiful beaches in the north of the island.
