Surrounded by an incomparable natural landscape, this property invites you to enjoy a unique experience in an intimate, free, and untouched environment, where lush vegetation and mountains create an atmosphere of absolute serenity. Built primarily with marés —the native stone of Mallorca and a favourite in traditional architecture—, the villa maintains an ideal indoor temperature both day and night, thanks to its natural thermal properties. One of the main attractions of Garrovera is its splendid double pool with a waterfall, surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden and a cosy chill-out area. From here, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views that extend to the horizon, framed by cypresses, pines, olive trees, small palm trees and carob trees. The entrance to the house is made through a charming porch covered in climbing vines, which houses a large dining table with seating for 8 people, ideal for outdoor meals. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, comfortable garden furniture and an elegant Balinese bed, perfect for resting and disconnecting in the midst of nature. Inside, the living room reflects the rustic Mallorcan charm with exposed wooden beam ceilings and noble furniture around the fireplace. The atmosphere is completed with a comfortable sofa, a central table and two vintage Mallorcan rocking chairs, alongside original elements such as steel windows and restored light wood. Next to the living room, the dining room maintains a traditional Mallorcan style with authentic antique furniture, a classic chandelier and a table with capacity for eight diners. This room stands out for its luminosity and excellent natural ventilation. The villa has four spacious and bright bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds of 90x200 cm. One of the main bedrooms also has a private terrace with spectacular mountain views. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and feature spacious showers, modern and functional furniture with storage space. The kitchen, also refurbished, presents a modern style in white tones and is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes. Garrovera is the perfect place for a relaxing and revitalising holiday in Mallorca, where comfort, design and nature merge in perfect harmony. IMPORTANT: All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment. A refundable deposit is charged. Important note about electricity consumption: Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. Mir hat die Abgeschiedenheit sehr gut gefallen, obwohl die Lage auch ein eher objektiver Gesichtspunkt ist. Die Ausstattung war in gutem Zustand und ließ nichts vermissen. Ebenso war die Unterstützung vor Ort ein Pluspunkt. Die Unterbringung war sicherlich ein wichtiger Bestandteil für eine gelungene Urlaubswoche. 'Nen paar mehr Hand- und Küchentücher wären nicht schlecht. Die hauseigene Kaffeemaschine kann maximal für 2 reichen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. ##### Martina B. A stunningly beautiful House set on a rural, wooded hill side about 5km from the charming Mallorcan Town of Pollenca. The Pool and gardens are the star of the property, the living space indoors is traditional and comfortable. Our group enjoyed the stay hugely and were impressed. The property is managed by a local company who are good communicators and reliable. Our feedback to the owner/management company is the property and facilities are very good but could be absolutely fantastic if: 1) With a little investment in pool-side furniture (broken loungers and shades - not good) 2) If things are broken - repair them or replace them promptly- leaving broken or non-functioning items at the property creates a bad impression. 3) Invest in a few decent pots and pans, a few fans for the bedrooms, large tumbler glasses for long drinks and a few coffee mugs - little things make a lot of difference 4) Consider leaving a basic welcome pack for guests (Water, salt, sugar, instant coffee, a bottle of local wine and some bread and cheese) a few Euros invested here makes a great impression with clients. 5) A pool as good as this deserves better maintenance (broken tiles, dirt on the bottom and inadequate chemical treatment/PH balance) 6) Gardens/pots/plants would benefit from more regular care (they look a bit unloved) Advice to potential guests - Its a great place to stay but be aware that: 1) Access is challenging for larger vehicles (people carriers and 4x4) 2) Not suitable for the elderly or unsupervised younger (under 5s) children due lots of steps and stairs and the deep unfenced pool. 3) Shop before you arrive at the house - there is no welcome pack (not even water). 4) There is free wifi - but it is slow (adequate for email, not video streaming, so teenagers with gadgets will be frustrated) 5) Kitchen is a bit basic on pots/pans etc. So aspiring chefs will be disappointed with the facilities. Fine for simple meal preparation though and there is a large BBQ. 6) Lots of ants and mosquitos (be prepared) 7) No Beach Towels - bring your own for the pool. 8) Only one fan - if it's above 30c - you need fans. ##### Patrick K. Die Küche und zwei Bäddr sind neu renoviert. Allerdings war bei uns bereits am ersten Tag die Spühlmaschine kaputt und wir hatten knapp 3 Tage kein Wasser (d.h. Keine Dusche, keine Toilettenspühlung, kein Spühlwasser etc.), da das Haus anscheinend aus einer Zisterne versorgt wird die mit den Nachbarhäusern geteilt wird und es dort Probleme gab. Auch wenn die Agentur sich bemüht hat die Fehler zu schnell zu beheben, hatten wir insgesamt an 4 von 7 Tagen Handwerker im Haus und über 2 Tage kein fließendes Wasser. So stellt man sich den Urlaub in dieser Preiskategorie sicher nicht vor. Wären diese Sachen nicht gewesen, dann würde ich aber ohne Probleme 5 Sterne verteilen. Das Haus liegt schön in der Natur und bietet ausreichen Platz für einen schönen Familienurlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber und macht insgesamt einen gepflegten Eindruck.
