### Francisca Apartment, Apartment from 300m.of the beach

We are delighted to offer you this ground floor apartment located in the Llenaire area, just a few minutes by car from the center of Port de Pollensa and just 100 meters from the sandy beaches of its bay.
  
 Upon entering we find a small living room, which has a comfortable sofa and a flat screen satellite television. From the living room, windows give access to a terrace with a private garden. From this area there is access to the street. In the garden we find a portable barbecue and a table with chairs for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. Returning to the interior of the house, the small and modern kitchen located next to the living room stands out, and is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, etc.  
  
The sleeping area is made up of a double bedroom and a double bedroom, both equipped with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. A modern bathroom with shower completes the property.  
  
 Finally, it is worth highlighting the refreshing community pool available to all residents in the building.
