It has a large wrap around furnished terrace with sea views and perfect for dining al fresco. This property is a ground floor apartment, just steps from the beach and 5 minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Ideal ground floor apartment with beautiful sea views and lovely large wrap around terrace with ample shade. The terrace has seating and dining options and the beach opposite. Inside the property is distributed all on one level with a lounge/dining room with television/DVD player and patio doors to the front terrace. The kitchen comes well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are three air conditioned bedrooms in total (two with twin beds and one with double bed). The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is an additional shower room to service the other two bedrooms.
