Villa Salas - Rustic Charm in the Heart of Mallorca



Located in a natural and peaceful environment, Villa Salas is a charming stone property situated between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, just a few minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beaches and local restaurants and shops. This 3-bedroom, air-conditioned villa, surrounded by spacious gardens, offers relaxing mountain views and is the perfect place to enjoy truly Mallorcan holidays, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything you need.



The entire property is located on the ground floor, with different areas of the villa connected by a few steps, which provides a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The rustic and charming decor is characterised by whitewashed walls, sloping ceilings and exposed pine beams, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



The spacious and bright living room, located next to the kitchen-diner, features comfortable sofas, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration. The kitchen, fully equipped with 4 cooking hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, is an ideal space to prepare delicious meals. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds, all with air conditioning and a pleasant and cosy decoration. The 2 bedrooms sharing a family bathroom ensure comfort for all guests.



The exterior of the villa is a true paradise for enjoying the outdoors. Three shaded courtyards and spacious sunbathing areas offer various options for relaxing and enjoying the views. The garden is crowned by a kidney-shaped pool, ideal for taking a refreshing swim, and next to it is a beautiful covered barbecue, perfect for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Additionally, sun loungers and umbrellas are available to enjoy the sun, and the mature trees in the garden provide shade during the hottest hours of the day. For an extra touch of fun, there is also a ping-pong table to enjoy with family.



Villa Salas offers free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



The swimming pool has dimensions of 6m x 4.4m and a depth that varies between 1.2m and 2.1m, and its design with Roman steps makes it the perfect place to relax.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
