Perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle, this villa offers a private retreat surrounded by nature, while being conveniently close to the sea and the stunning Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Set amidst a wonderful fenced garden, the villa features a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres, ideal for refreshing dips in the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy afternoons playing ping pong or relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The covered terrace offers a shady retreat for al fresco dining or just relaxing with a good book. Enter into a cozy living room seamlessly connected to an open-space kitchen, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The villa sleeps six guests in three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a double bed and two others, each with two single beds. Guests will find comfort in the two separate, fully equipped bathrooms, one with a relaxing bathtub and the other with a modern shower. Situated in the quiet and less saturated north of the island, the villa promises peace and privacy while being just a short drive from pristine beaches and the captivating Tramuntana mountain route. This prime location allows guests to explore Mallorca's natural beauty, participate in outdoor adventures and experience the authentic charm of Pollensa and its surroundings. Enjoy a memorable vacation at this charming villa, where comfort, privacy and proximity to nature combine to create an idyllic getaway. Note 1\. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2\. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3\. Check-out time is 10:00\. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00\. Note 4\. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day. Note 5\. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure. Note 6\. The villa is very light and inviting with a modern style. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The outside area is totally private and quite spacious, our boys especially enjoyed playing with the table tennis. We´ve had some barbecue evenings “at home”, but also chose to go out some nights. As the house is very close to both Pollensa and Alcudia, there is plenty of outside dining options. The Mallorca Holiday Properties team were very helpful before and during our stay, arranging the transfer to and from the airport, car rental while on our stay as well as tips and ideas about excursions we could make, where to shop, the best restaurants… It´s been a blast and we´d love to come back again next year. ##### Natalia Igorevna This review comes from a trusted partner site and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good #### Markus Oct 25, 2025 #### Gut mit Abstrichen... Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig südwestlich von Pollenca. Der Pool ist toll und das Haus ausreichend geräumig. Alles Wichtige ist im Haus vorhanden. Für diese Preisklasse bin ich von der Sauberkeit ein anderes Niveau gewohnt. Das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber (was an der Spülmaschine liegt, deren Spülarm gelegentlich abfällt), auf dem Herd waren Schlieren und es lagen zum Teil noch Haare herum. Es gibt nur Steakmesser mit schmaler Schneide, was für das Schmieren der Brote eher hinderlich ist und einige Handtücher hatten Flecken. Die Sitzgarnitur draußen hatte auch starke Abnutzungserscheinungen beim Kunstleder. Insgesamt waren es nicht einige Kleinigkeiten. Bei diesem Preis erwarte ich aber, dass das anders ist. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und der schöne Garten mit Tischtennis, Grill und Pool ist ein Traum. Man geniesst viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land. Ein Auto ist zwingend. Die Kommunikation sowie Check-in und Check-out waren äusserst unkompliziert und haben reibungslos funktioniert. Wir werden sehr gerne wiedermal Ferien in der Villa Biel verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Huset är mycket trevligt, snyggt inrett, prydligt och städat både inom- och utomhus. Med sin egen privata pool och trädgård känner man sig mycket privilegierad. Om man ändå kunde bo här året runt! Men vi är tacksamma för den vecka vi hade och de minnen vi har med oss nu när vintern återigen är nära.
