Perfect for families or groups, this modern holiday home offers comfort, convenience, and an excellent base for exploring the north of Mallorca. This fully air-conditioned apartment features three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, with fresh linens and towels provided for your stay. The open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of natural light, a flat-screen satellite TV, comfortable seating, and a dining table — a relaxing space to unwind after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a full range of utensils. The apartment also features a private balcony overlooking the street, ideal for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or evening drink. Guests benefit from free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and are within walking distance of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. The popular Playa de Pollença is just a short stroll away. Please note: There are only two apartments in the building, and they share access to the rooftop terrace.
