It has a spacious and bright living room with Mallorcan decoration and modern details that differentiate it. From the dining room you can also access the pool terrace area where you can enjoy a large shaded area. At the back of the dining room and the staircase is the modern fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and a utility room complete the ground floor of the property. A wooden staircase gives us access to the area of ​​the rooms, all of them with wooden floors and consist of a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and with access to a balcony terrace which has beautiful views towards the valley of La Cala Sant Vicenç. It also consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom. Another bathroom with a shower shares this area of ​​the house. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units with restricted hours. Large and modern outdoor pool (8x4mts) that give a unique touch to the exterior of the villa. In addition, the garden consists of a generous lawn area.
