What we love:
- Walking distance to town, just under 10 minutes to the village centre.
- Table tennis and large private swimming pool
- AC (hot and cold) throughout the entire house.
Things to know:
- The outdoor area of the villa is all paved, so may not be the best choice for guests who like a lawn area for children to play.
- The house is elevated, so the main entrance and all the exterior terraces are accessed by steps. Guests need to consider this with toddlers and guests with limited mobility.
- Cats: neighbouring cats might visit the outdoor spaces. Please take this into account if you have allergies.

Beautiful 4 bedroom villa in the old town of Pollença, just 10 minutes walk to the centre. Fantastic outdoor space with a large pool and sun terraces.
Can Menut Nou is an outstanding property with a private pool and lovely inside and outside space. The villa is just a short walk to the plaza mayor in Pollença, the perfect spot to have a coffee or enjoy the local atmosphere.
A fabulous choice for your holiday in beautiful Pollença with its excellent array of restaurants cafes and bars a short stroll away. Being on the edge of the town of Pollença with views over the Ternelles Valley, yet within an easy ten-minute walk to the centre, Can Menut Nou offers the best of both worlds.
The outdoor space has a fantastic jacuzzi which is perfect for the cooler months to sit and relax.
There is also a lovely private pool and table tennis if you prefer to be a bit more active! The open plan living, dining and kitchen area all open out onto the exterior terraces that surround the entire villa.

Fantastic villa in a great position.
This beautiful villa exceeded our expectations. It was really well equipped and wonderfully furnished, inside and out. We spent many happy hours around the pool which is a real sun trap, and chilling out in the hot tub. It’s only a 5 minute walk into town, and a stroll up the hill to the top of the Calgari steps.

A lovely property within a quick walk to the middle of Pollensa yet on a lovely quiet road.
We had a great stay at this lovely modern villa which was bright and spacious. Very well equipped so we made lots of meals at the house. Lovely pool although too cold to swim in at the beginning of April. The hot tub was very welcome and well used a great bonus for early season. It was a quick walk in to Pollensa with lots of cafes and restaurants. It is also on a quiet road that turns into a track all the way to Lluc. We have stayed in many villas in the area over the years but would say this was the best equipped and bright and airy. Lots of nice welcome touches including Easter eggs, wine, milk, crisps etc. Also cleaning materials. I wouldn’t recommend for toddlers as too many hard surface and stairs internally but great for 5 years plus. Several shops close by for milk, bread and general groceries.
