A fantastic duplex located in the Boquer area of Puerto Pollensa. Located just 150 meters from the beach and less than 3 minutes walk from the city center. It has three bedrooms, a communal pool and a private garden with barbecue. It has air conditioning in all rooms and in the dining room. It also has satellite TV and free Internet access via Wifi. The car is not essential here, but if you have it, there is a private parking lot, as well as a lot of street parking space. It is a quiet area of Port de Pollença and, as everything is close, a car is not necessary. It was very convenient for us. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, the air conditioning was good, and the beds are comfortable. The beach is a short walk away and the pool is next to the property but it isn't a hazard for small children as there are 2 doors with keys as barriers. Port de Pollenca is a beautifull place with lots of lovely restaurants all within 15 minute walk from property. Nearby lots to see & do we visited waterpark in Alcudia for kids which they loved & also visited Cap de Formentor amazing views up a mountain, Pollenca market on sundays and the towns of Alcudia & Palma all worth a visit. One suggestion for improvement would be to update the mattresses which are a bit thin, but that's not really a reason not to come.
