The layout is clever and very comfortable and the decor is stylish, as reflected in the finishing touches such as the framed photos of local scenes and beautiful lighting. We love the outdoor areas in this townhouse! Step through the living room doors and enjoy a very pretty dining terrace. A few steps up and there is a glistening plunge pool with sun loungers and a third level takes you to a pretty terrace with outdoor sofas. The ideal place to relax with a book. The ground floor is open plan. It has a very welcoming and relaxing Mediterranean feel and includes a cozy seating area with a large TV and a wood burning stove. There is a brand new modern fitted kitchen, fully equipped with a generous breakfast bar, as well as a utility room just off the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are three beautiful double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 180cm bed, en-suite bathroom and opens out onto a terrace with access to the pool. The other two rooms are equally inviting, with 160cm beds. They share a bathroom You may not want to leave this townhouse with its charming features and delightful outdoor space. But if you can tear yourself away, Pollensa town is bursting with little bars and candlelit restaurants, plus a bustling Sunday market and the golden sand beaches of Pollensa Bay are a 7km drive or bike ride. This townhouse is ideal for a couple, a family or group of friends looking to experience life in the heart of one of Mallorca's most desirable villages. It is also available for longer stays and perfect for 'working from home. Please note: this townhouse is only available for weekly holiday rentals in July and August. It is extremely clean and well presented and equipped. It is situated in a great location a few minutes’ walk from the main square in Pollenca. The kitchen had everything needed for self catering, including glasses for outside in the pool area. The pool is small but a nice addition for hot days and there is shade in the little garden. The fact that there are two bathrooms is great for sharing with other family members. The only issue we had is access by car. It is almost impossible to park closer than 10 minutes’ walk away (and to get any closer requires driving through very narrow streets with parked cars) so would not suit anyone with accessibility issues; and it also makes it tricky for dropping off luggage and grocery shopping. The property agents were extremely helpful annd easy to deal with. Overall it was an excellent choice for our holiday in Pollenca this summer. ##### Susanne T. Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2023
