« Apartment was a good jumping point to the Civic Center 0.6 miles away. The apartment had adequate space for sleeping, but didn’t have adequate space for seating to watch TV or eating. 3 people was a tight fit on the small couch and there’s no table for eating. It served our purposes, but might not work for a group of four staying for a longer period of time. Communication with the property administrator was easy through the VRBO app. Parking spaces were hard to come by on a Friday night. »

« This location is very central to everything. It was easy to park in the ramp across the street and get in and out. The condo was very orderly and simple. Host was extremely responsive to all of my questions and feedback.I gave a four star as the kitchen was lacking a few essentials for cooking and the quality of kitchen utensils was poor. If you plan to eat out your entire stay this would not be of any impact. The other reason was the overall cleanliness was acceptable, it simply needed a...

« My partner and I stayed with our dogs at this adorable apartment. The apartment was cute, cozy and had comfortable furniture. The location was ideal for meeting up with our family and friends and loved the walk-abilty to restaurants and Hy-Vee/Starbucks. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The only downfall of the property would be that on Thanksgiving day the Turkey Trot placed a speaker right next to the building and it was loud. So no fault of the property! »
