The perfect centrally located 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the middle of it all! This property is located in the heart of downtown Des Moines with quick access to almost anywhere downtown. Parking is not included but affordable parking garages are directly south and west of the complex right across the street! Metered parking is also available around the unit. Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, dedicated workspace, living room with smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV\`s while also having access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area. Sleeping Spaces: Master bedroom w/ queen bed - 2 people Secondary bedroom w/ queen bed - 2 people Couch - 1 person This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it\`s not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally. Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200. Guests can reach out at any time for quick help! We strive for prompt responses and are here to ensure a 5-star stay! Walk everywhere! Between the skywalk system and the amazing location you can walk almost anywhere downtown in 5-10 minutes. Ubers are very accessible from this location with an easy pickup rightout side of the complex. The front door utilize a ring doorbell that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security. This unit is part of a beautifully restored historic building, where all 100+ units feature the original sealed concrete floors. These floors naturally show imperfections, variations, and markings from the building’s history, which are part of the intentional “industrial loft” style of the complex. This design choice gives each space its own distinctive and authentic character. \*\*Pet Policy\*\* Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled. \*\* ADDITIONAL FEES \*\* $75 pet fee (Taxes and platform fees are added automatically on top of our pet fee) 1\. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2\. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3\. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. Clean and cute! Everything we needed was there. The back bedroom was freezing. Even with the space heater going all night we could not get warm enough. Checking in (parking, getting keys, finding the right hallways/secret doors to a new hallway) took longer than expected while lugging our bags. Part of the problem was the temperature was bitterly cold the weekend we were there. Parking ended up being more difficult that I expected. The parking garage across the street was easy to find except going back to the car was not as easy. EVERY door was locked. I had to go back through the driving ramp and up several levels to our car. Cool old building! Great location to the Civic Center. Hallways smelled strongly of weed, the bar downstairs had lots of activity in the lobby and near elevators. The apartment itself was great. This is a building with several units on multiple floors so a lot of people come and go. And they don’t all appreciate picking up as we ran across spilled food multiple times between the elevators and halls. The building seemed secure. The rooftop dog park was disgusting as ppl did not pick up after their pets. ##### Damon Y. Beds were comfy and location of bedrooms provided privacy. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the area. Host was.very responsive and provided clear instructions.
