"The location so close to the surf beach worked very well for us. Also perfect for eateries, whale watching and walks in Point Lookout. It was a bit dark inside due to a broken blind that was permanently down but otherwise everything was excellent. The studio was very clean and it was obvious that it had been renovated very recently."

"The property was very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, good linen and pillows, fairly well-equipped kitchen (note there is no oven but a 2 burner portable stove-top that works well). The BBQ was also large and worked well.The property is fairly 'no frills' but exactly as the description states, and good value for money in our opinion. Great location too!"

"Great location, good size townhouse for family stays. Parking options are good and reasonably close to room. Check in not the best experience - no one available upon check in time - office closed, keys not left out so no access to room - called the manager a bunch of times with no answer. Received a message back about an hour later, stating that a groundsmen would get the keys and leave them out…. Unprofessional management, but a great stay none the less"

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was filthy when we arrived. You couldnt not wear shoes inside as the floor was that dirty / dusty. We mopped it ourself but it was still so dirty. The kitchen floor was greasy. The house is musty and mouldy, the owners really need to give it a good once over clean. The kitchen light didnt work, the back sliding door was broken. We ended up leaving a day early because it was making me unwell.The pillows stunk like body odour. The lounge in the far corner stunk like dog \*\*\*\*. Take a bit of pride in your property people!"

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very quirky and cute, quite basic but comfortable, nicely decorated. It has all the gear you need (including a cabana for the beach and some beach chairs, and a fabulous fire pit!). We were only here for 2 nights but would have loved a longer stay. I brought my elderly parents, we chose this house because it has no stairs. It's a little walk to Cylinder or Home beach, quiet location. The staff at Ray White were exceptional, very helpful and kind."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at Bedella and the location is great, with easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants and local attractions. The house is large and fit our family which was great. The property description was accurate in terms of location and layout, however the house does require a good deep clean and some general maintenance. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean upon arrival and we had to do a clean before we unpacked. The fly screens on the windows need replacing as they were damaged - we had lots of spiders and bugs come in! We did experience some maintenance issues during our stay, however Ray White was responsive and helpful in arranging support when needed."
