This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. This beautifully designed one bedroom top (3rd) floor unit is the ideal getaway for couples or singles. The complex is stairs only with no lifts. Located across the road from the stunning Home beach, walking distance to the bowls club, Fever Coffee, Oasis restaurant and the iconic Straddie Pub. From the deck you can look out over the manicured grounds, pool and tennis court. This unit is ideally located and creates a wonderful space for relaxation. However, you won't need to go without your modern luxuries as this unit has high speed internet, dishwasher, washing machine, a well designed kitchen with coffee pod machine (Nespresso). The couch is a pullout, so although it is a one bedroom it can sleep a maximum of 3 people. Off street parking only. Linen supplied and beds are made for your convenience.
