"I have never stayed at a hotel where the bed wasn't made or room not vacuumed daily . I understand the need to protect staff from being falsely accused but to empty my trash, bag up the towels for clean ones and never have bathroom cleaned during stay was a disappointment. I don't need clean sheets or towels every day"

"The staff was friendly. Food was good. Parking at night was terrible. You needed to be on a spot by 7pm otherwise it was total chaos to get a spot. The back entrances were out of service so all were parking in front of. Room was small"

"The free breakfast was not available, however the paid breakfast was not pricey and was delicious. They had an assortment of fruit and would make eggs however you wanted them. Definitely more options available than what most places offer as freebies. The kids loved the outdoor pool. The indoor pool needs a revamp though. Grout was dirty, floor was very slippery. My children and myself slipped multiple times, no matter if we had our shoes on or off while walking around the pool. The kitchen hours were not as advertised, the 2 times my husband and I went over to order food, the kitchen was closed and we were told it would eventually open whenever the cook showed up, time not known. I will say, this hotel was better than some of the other places we have stayed at off the strip, especially for the price. We would definitely book here again as well. We would just like to see more improvements to the pool and maybe some better kitchen and bar help. The bar tender was there almost more than we were, but was very friendly and did a great job at making drinks."

"Property is nice and staff was helpful and kind. I did not like being pressured to watch a 90 min. Presentation on what amounts to timeshare property in exchange for free tickets to a show. Other than that, everything went well. They could use some updates to the villas as they are showing signs of age, especially the bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Plan on eating all meals off site (no free breakfast). They have a little cafe which is nothing more than 4 tables in an arcade. You order at the arcade counter from a minimal menu of breakfast or lunch. Food was ok but like vending machine food."
