"Nice view from room, comfy bed, bathroom floor was not clean, good breakfast, key card didn’t work and had to return to desk, motel feel and smell."

"The AC didn’t work and when I told them, they said they would send maintenance up. Later on that afternoon, I come back to the hotel and the room is still 80°. I let them know again that the room is hot and asked if maintenance came up. They said they would send maintenance again. They proceed to tell me that they put new coolant and that it takes time to run through the system. Never offered to change rooms or to give me a fan. Nothing. The very next morning we wake up and it’s still over 80° in the room and this was the day we were checking out and they tell me oh sorry we know it’s not working we have an AC company coming and asked me if I would like a fan. So they knew the system was broken when I complained and never offered to move me. It was a miserable stay! The room was dingy looking. Stains on the carpet and chair. I will not return in the future. "

"I would say as a whole the place was very nice. Our toilet would run and run and run and never shut up. As well, they could use hooks for towels in the route in the bathrooms. As well, they should have hangers and extra blankets if needed."

"Clean property , dry comfortable beds, a couple of doors nobs stick, the breakfast bar is very basic and the facilities like the gym and general use bathrooms are not well maintained. The gym needs more equipment. Too many treadmills and elliptical and not enough resistance training equipment."

"It has a small Continental breakfast, at 5pm they put out free cookies and popcorn on a first come first serve basis. The pool is nice and they have plenty of family friendly activities. Also walking distance to the beach. Definitely would go again."
