"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. "The apartment was very clean and very well located — close to Zakopane’s main street, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. It was also well equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen/living room area included a Smart TV, which was a particularly nice extra. The host was also very responsive and always replied promptly via WhatsApp, which was greatly appreciated. There is, however, one important point I would like to mention for future guests. When booking, it is...

Top Podhale Hotel Reviews

Bachleda Residence Zakopane

Bachleda Residence Zakopane

8/10 Good
"This place was architecturly amazing and beautiful within. The rooms, bar and spa were stunning and exuded luxury. The only thing that let it down was the buffet breakfast. It was OK but not 5 star. If this was to improve, for example, made to order breakfast then this place could truly be one of the best hotels in Europe."
